FEES AND COMMISSIONS
of “BFINANCE” EOOD in relation to the provision of crypto-asset services
I. General Provisions
This Fee Schedule governs the fees and commissions applicable to the provision by “BFINANCE” EOOD of crypto-asset services, including services for the exchange of crypto-assets for fiat currency and vice versa, custody and administration of crypto-assets on behalf of clients, as well as crypto-asset transfer services on behalf of clients.
II. Schedule of Applicable Fees (Retail Clients – Individuals)

| Exchange Fee | 8% | Purchase/Sale of BTC | The Company’s primary revenue-generating fee. |
| Banking Fees | According to the payment method | Upon purchase of BTC | Additional fees charged by the payment service provider, bank, or card issuer. These are not revenue of the Company. |
| Transfer Fee | BGN 0 / EUR 0 | Upon transfer | The Company does not charge its own transfer fee. The client only pays applicable network fees (gas/miner fees). |
| Custody Fee | BGN 0 / EUR 0 | For custody and administration | This service is ancillary to the primary exchange service. |
Note: Your bank may charge additional fees for transfers between your bank account and your account with us, as well as for credit card purchases. To avoid these fees, consider using a debit card instead.
