Temporary restriction of part of the services of Blockforia.com

Bfinance EOOD, doing business as Blockforia.com, has submitted an application for a CASP licence under MiCA.

As the licence has not been issued before 1 July 2026, and in line with our internal procedures, we are temporarily suspending the acceptance of new clients and restricting part of our services until the licensing procedure has been completed.

Existing clients will continue to be able to freely withdraw their funds and reduce or close their current positions. However, they will temporarily not be able to open new positions.

We expect these restrictions to be lifted by the end of July 2026.

We are pleased to announce that, by the end of the applicable grace period, we had reached approximately 6,400 clients in Bulgaria. This represents an important milestone for our presence in the Bulgarian market and reinforces our confidence in its long-term potential. Following the granting of our MiCA licence, we look forward to further developing our services and continuing our expansion in Bulgaria in a compliant and sustainable manner.
